Present terms of service governing the sale to private customers (“Customer”) of products showed in the portal www.rallynote.com. It’s recommended to carefully read present terms of sale before proceed with the purchase.
Any modifications or newer sale conditions will be effective from the publication on the portal and will be applied only on sales consecutively to publication.
All the prices in the portal are considered prices to customers then VAT included. Balearian Consulting reserves the right to modify the prices in any moment, without pre-advice.
Acceptation of sale conditions
The contract between Balearian Consulting and the Customer, is concluded with the acceptation, even if partial, of the order by Balearian Consulting which reserve all the rights at its final discretion. The acceptation is considered tacit if not told to the Customer.
In exceptional circumstances Balearian Consulting can’t be able to ensure the availability of all the products, therefore can’t be considered responsible for the momentary unavailability of one or more products. The sending of the order by the Customer, confirms the acceptations even of a partial delivery, limited to the products available between those ordered.
It’s excluded every Customer’s privilege of an allowance or amendment, as well every contractual or extra-contractual responsibility for direct or misdirect damages to persons and/or properties, provoked by the nonacceptance, even partial, of an order.
The right reception of the order is confirmed by Balearian Consulting by an answer via e-mail, send to Customer’s e-mail address, upon the payment is made with success. That message of confirmation will contain date and time of the order and one Number of Order, useful in every communication with Balearian Consulting. The message includes all the data inserted by the Customer which commits himself to check the accuracy and to communicate promptly eventual corrections at the e-mail address info at rallynote.com The Customer can therefore verify his order’s state by accessing to personal area by clicking on Members and Orders.
Payment method
Balearian Consulting accepts online payments on PayPal and Stripe platforms. In case of purchasing with the payment method PayPal, at the end of the order, the Customer is sent to PayPal’s login page. The amount of the order is charged on PayPal account at the end of payment procedure.
The Customer can verify the state of the order by login to his personal area and clicking on Members and Orders.
If the Customer asks for the cancellation of the transition, Balearian Consulting can never be responsible for damages, direct or indirect, provoked by the delay on PayPal’s failure on interchange of the amount. For every transition executed with his PayPal’s account, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal.
Transition’s reliability
Transitions are directly made on the referring bank’s website, with a Secure Server which adopts the SSL protection system (secure socket layer). This protocol allows communicating in a modality made to avoid any interception, the editing, or falsification of information.
Never, during the purchase procedure, Balearian Consulting is able to know the PayPal Customer’s account, because are wrote directly on bank website which manages the transition (with strong security systems); being data transmission always in SSL mode, there isn’t possibility of interception of this data. Shipment and delivery
Balearian Consulting for the moment can accept only orders incoming from European Community territory, with limitations case per case depending on country’s laws.
For every order made on www.rallynote.com, Balearian Consulting will invoice for the materials shipped generated directly on the website therefore, for the invoice are reliable the information wrote by the Customer at act of the order. No variation in the invoice can be possible, after its edition.
Shipment’s dues are charged to the Customer and are evidenced explicitly at the moment of the order. No additional expenses or commission is due to Balearian Consulting.
Delivery times are purely indicatives and are furnished by the shipment company.
The standard delivery is done in this schedule: every day from 9:00am to 12:00 pm., in ferial days, from Monday to Friday.
No responsibility can be sued to Balearian Consulting in case of delay in the evasion of order or in delivery of products.
When the transporter deliveries the box, the Customer must check its integrity, not damaged, neither wet nor altered. Any outside damage or the non corresponding of the indications, must be immediately contested to transporter which makes the delivery, putting on it the text: “conditional acceptance” on the shipment document, and confirm it in 8 days with a registered letter to the transporter whom address is on the transport documentation.
The Customer, after signing the document, can’t dispute about the external conditions of the packaging.
Either with a intact box, the items must be checked in 8 days from the delivery. Every hidden damage must be noticed in 8 days with a registered letter to the transporter whom address is on the transport documentation.

The price of the shipment is calculated automatically on the weight of items and is showed on purchase’s process and before the confirmation and the payment of the order.

The sales contract between the customer and Balearian Consulting CB is concluded in Spain and governed by Spanish law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract the territorial competence is exclusively the Court of Ibiza - Illes Balears - Spain.
Illegality of terms and conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions prove to be invalid or ineffective, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions will be fully preserved.
